2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all services, training courses, and products offered by Saint Muse.
By placing a purchase or registration, the customer agrees to these terms.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in euros and exclude VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Saint Muse reserves the right to change prices at any time.
4. Liability
Saint Muse is not liable for indirect damage, loss of income, or incorrect use of products or techniques learned during training courses.
5. Force majeure
In case of force majeure (such as illness, technical malfunctions, transport problems, etc.), Saint Muse reserves the right to postpone services or deliveries.
6. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all agreements.
TRAINING CONDITIONS (ACADEMY)
1. Registration
A registration is only final after receipt of payment or the deposit.
2. Payment
Training courses must be paid in full before commencement or on the day itself, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation by the participant
Cancellations are non-refundable
Rescheduling is possible up to 20 days before the training course
In case of late cancellation, the training course cannot be rescheduled
4. Cancellation by Saint Muse
Saint Muse reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training course (e.g., due to force majeure or insufficient participants).
In this case, a new date will be offered or the amount will be refunded.
5. Attendance
The participant is responsible for timely attendance.
Being late may result in missing (part of) the training course without compensation.
6. Certificate
A certificate will only be issued upon full participation in the training course.
7. Models
The participant may be asked to provide their own model.
Saint Muse is not responsible if no model is available.
8. Results & liability
Saint Muse does not guarantee specific results or income after completing a training course.
The participant remains responsible for correctly applying the techniques learned.
9. Intellectual property
All course materials, techniques, and content remain the property of Saint Muse and may not be copied or distributed.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS (WEBSHOP)
1. Product information
Saint Muse strives for the most accurate description of all products.
Minor deviations do not entitle to compensation.
2. Orders
An order is final after payment and confirmation by e-mail.
3. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
4. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
Exception:
For hygienic reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
5. Return conditions
Products must be unopened and unused
Return costs are for the customer
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt
6. Complaints
Complaints must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt.

Saint Muse is not liable for improper use of products.
The customer is responsible for correct application according to instructions.
8. Professional use
Certain products are exclusively intended for professional use.
Saint Muse reserves the right to refuse orders.
